Larry Lincoln, a homicide detective for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. “We’re trying to see if it’s criminal or accidental.” Lincoln said deputies at about 5 a.m. spotted a fire coming from room 263 at the Motel 6 at 1001 San Gabriel Blvd. in Rosemead. After firefighters put down the blaze, they discovered the body inside, Lincoln said. Lincoln said the age and identity of the man who died are still not known. He was awaiting the county Coroner’s Office to give him more information about the body, he said. first_imgDonegal Bay Rowing Club are hosting the first regatta to be held in Donegal Town in 20 years next Sunday, July 15th.Clubs from all over the county will be joining us for traditional skiff and curragh racing. Racing is expected to kick of at 2pm.Children’s entertainment and refreshments will be available on the day at the pier. Please come along and support.Donegal Bay Rowing Club joined the RNLI for their annual fun day at the pier in Mountcharles on July 1st.Teams from Teelin, Loughross, Killybegs, and Traigheanach joined us for the event.A great day’s fun and racing was had by all. All proceeds raised by Donegal Bay Rowing Club were presented to RNLI after the event.
